Understanding that one of the most stressful components for transferees is to find immediate or temporary living accommodations while contending with many other issues such as; starting a new job, uprooting family members and resolving what will be moved, stored or tossed! 

Finding appropriate temporary housing, a transferee needs assistance from a knowledgeable and experienced source (one less thing to worry about).  Our program provides short term housing, 30 days or more, in one, two and three bedroom apartments, town-homes and houses, fully furnished (or not) in every city in the U.S.A as well as internationally.  We have a very high performance standard, and track customer satisfaction, timeliness and service quality. 

HOW IT WORKS

• A representative will call and conduct a needs analysis with your transferee
• Advise our availability, communities and pricing according to your policy
• Arrange move-in date and time and send move-in instructions and key pick up arrangements.
• Stay in touch with renter to make sure the move went well, they are settling in and that they do not need anything further.
• Will call the renter 2 weeks prior to move out to confirm the date and checkout process.
• Provide a survey to the renter so WIS can continually monitor the quality of the facilities and the service we provide.  We will share these surveys as we receive them.
